Who we are
StatsPRO was founded in 2018 by seasoned real estate professional, Kate Jackson who’s been active in Vancouver’s market since 2010 and a consistent recipient of industry awards. Before real estate, she built and led a design and advertising agency serving Vancouver’s corporate sector and global brands—launching and refining multi-national campaigns both locally, and around the world.
Today, we combine that deep local expertise with an international, remote team of programmers, analysts, and consultants to deliver powerful, easy-to-deploy tools.
Our vision is two fold: To empower REALTORS® with real-time market insights and lead-generation capabilities that drive engagement and convert site visitors into informed, valued clients. As well, to empower the public with easy to understand, and easy to use market trends information so they can be more informed regarding the biggest purchase of their lives, a home.

Kate makes her home off-grid on the water just minutes from downtown Vancouver, BC, with her husband, John, their dog, Fisher, plus a small flock of backyard chickens. When she’s not obsessing over real estate market trends, she's busy cultivating fresh produce in her garden or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She enjoys the tranquility of shoreline living—while remaining only a 30-minute drive from the city’s energy and amenities.
